I'm having the same issue. It just happened suddenly, from one day to another. IPad Air 2 here (ios 10.0.2). And it's driving me nuts, because even when you minimize the player, it goes first to the lower left portion of the screen, and afterwards it appears over the lower right portion of the screen. Full screen album for Spotify I have been working a few hours on a app that lets you show the album art, track name and artist in full screen on Windows (No mac app) If. Display currently playing album art from Spotify. Update As of version 1.0.54.1079.g3809528e, Spotify as integrated their own fullscreen view into the Spotify app. Great app, missing customizability This app is amazing! That is, when you're using the dock on the bottom of the screen. On either side, the play/pause and skip buttons get really bunched up, even at the largest dock size. I wish I could turn them off, or move them next to the album art. Or just get rid of the backwards button. The Spotify app doesn’t normally show album artwork illustrations beside your songs in playlist view, but with a new free jailbreak tweak called Spotty, you can force it to. Not only does it look better after the fact, but it helps make it a lot easier to recognize your music at a glance.

• Adds 'Responsiveness' slider to Behaviour tab of Preferences. The default value (just right of centre) should reduce the CPU time of Screensleeves and System Events while keeping SS's responsiveness to an acceptable level. Turning the slider up will increase the CPU usage and vice versa. Tuning the slider all the way down will reduce CPU use significantly (particularly when no music is playing) but SS will take a few seconds to respond if the music is changed, stopped or started.
